Nechifor and Associates Law Firm was founded in 1995 by lawyer Nechifor Cornel. Partner lawyers, as well as external collaborators, experts, authorized translators and support staff work in the law firm. Our mission is to contribute to the efforts of its clients to develop and consolidate their businesses and, in general, to promote a professional, dynamic and honest business environment in Romania. Equally, our lawyers have provided legal assistance and representation to clients in several thousand cases before the Romanian courts, criminal investigation bodies, the Constitutional Court or the European Court of Human Rights.
